Summary of Profile

Ocholi Victor IDAKWO is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of General Studies, the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Ogun State. He has gathered a rewarding teaching experience of 25 years as a lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic. Currently completed his doctoral programme at the Covenant University, Idakwo studied the Literary Depiction of Physical and Emotional Trauma in the Works of Selected African Novelists. He is currently working on the mytho-poetic components of Igala folk songs which he intends to publish in a book form that stores valuable information on an indigenous African culture. Idakwo has published books and has edited works on literature, language and communication. He has also published articles in reputable journals and has attended and presented papers at academic conferences.
